It was cold in the room. Breakfast for three.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main attractions. The spacious double room offered comfy beds and air conditioning, a lifesaver in the heat. We loved having our own little balcony too.

What a very nice stay, nothing too much trouble. Relaxing hotel with handy location for a short stay in Pisa. The room was fashionable and brilliant with a nice garden for the children to play, the children to play, as example, great service.

Fantastic location, good staff, great comfort.

The location is really good, just minutes from key attractions, allowing easy exploration on foot. Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the hot water came in waves, inconvenient for showers. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable, and the staff were commendably cute. Note that the taxi service charged unexpectedly high due to extra fees, so confirm pricing beforehand.

But the noise from the pipes was annoying at night. And the traditional decor gave a charming atmosphere. The terrace for breakfast was lovely. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful with our needs.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour security. The staff was kind to my older parents during our first visit. I highly recommend a stay here!

Just a fine choice for strolling in Pisa with reasonable value. The lovely garden was perfect. Book a room in the main building for a better experience.

Unfortunately, our room was a noisy affair-windows were right on the square bustling with a morning market and cleaning crews at dawn rattled us awake. The shower was temperamental, swinging from ice to scalding unpredictably, and the flimsy bathroom door felt cheap, lacking any insulation. The breakfast spread was quite modest, primarily toast and cereal. The checkout time was fairly early at 10:30, which cut into our morning plans a bit too much.

great location but tricky access

The room offered a beautiful garden view. The reception staff, when available, were helpful with our inquiries. Despite the hotel not serving food, I found a charming coffee and cake shop right across the street for good snacks.

I appreciated the charming decor and well-maintained gardens with a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The hotel's close proximity to the attractions made it easy for me to stroll around, especially being just a short distance from the leaning tower.

Bathroom facilities could use some upgrades.

the hotel offered complimentary Prosecco which was nice to enjoy in the garden. the bathroom had intermittent water temperature which was frustrating during showers.
